How we build
A factory, not a building site.
Modular isn’t a style, it’s a method. Your home is built under cover on a production line, then craned onto the site finished. Weather stops being a risk, the trades stop waiting on each other, and the program holds.

Address, rough budget, and what you want on it. We tell you quickly whether it stacks up, before anyone spends money.
Choose a plan, or draw one
Start from the range and adjust, or design to the block. Either way you see the layout and the price together.
Fixed price, then approvals
You sign a fixed-price contract before you commit. Council and approvals are handled from here.
Built in the factory
The build happens under cover on a production line, not on an open site. Weather stops mattering and the program holds.
Set down and finished
Modules are craned onto the prepared site and joined. Site time is measured in weeks, not seasons.
The range
Six plans, or one drawn to your block.
These are the starting points, not the limits. Every plan can be adjusted, and the range exists so you have something real to price against on day one.
The Studio
One room, done properly. A home office, a studio, or a guest room at the back of the block.
Studio Extended
The Studio with the length added: room for a proper kitchenette and a separate sleeping zone.
The Dual
Two bedrooms across a single module. The smallest plan that still lives like a house.
Triple Square
The same three bedrooms folded into a square footprint, for blocks with less run.
The Triple
Three bedrooms in line, with the living opening to the long side of the block.
The Gym
An open span with no internal walls: a gym, a workshop, or whatever the block needs.
